Autism Spectrum Disorder:

Centers of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluate and provide treatment for individuals ages 6 and up who meet diagnostic criteria for autism. Services include all covered behavioral health services, in addition to wrap-around services including occupational therapy, speech therapy, peer support, primary care, and more. Members or caregivers can self-refer for evaluation or be referred by current primary care or behavioral health provider.

Birth to Five:

Centers of Excellence for Birth to Five provide behavioral health services to young children, aged 0 to 5, and their families to help support early childhood development and behaviors. Services include therapy, psychiatry, case management, and family support from professionals who specialize in this population. Caregivers can self-refer members or be referred by their current primary care or behavioral health provider.

Adolescent Substance Use Disorder:

Centers of Excellence for Adolescent Substance Use Disorders provide treatment and family support for youth up to age 21 experiencing substance use disorders, including opioid use disorder. All covered behavioral health services are available with specialization in therapy, medication assisted treatment, and peer support for adolescents. Members or caregivers can self-refer for evaluation or be referred by current primary care or behavioral health provider.

Transitional Aged Youth:

Centers of Excellence for Transitional Aged Youth focus on behavioral health services for youth transitioning from adolescent to adulthood, aged 15 to 22. Services include all covered behavioral health services, with wrap-around including peer support, therapy, transition facilitation, housing and employment support, and coordination with primary care. Members or caregivers can self-refer or be referred by current primary care or behavioral health provider.

First Episode Psychosis:

Centers of Excellence for First Episode Psychosis provide specialized services for youth and young adults early in their diagnosis. Services include all covered behavioral health services, with wrap-around including peer and family support, individual and group therapy, housing and employment support, and coordination with primary care. Members or caregivers can self-refer or be referred by current primary care or behavioral health provider.

Pain Management:

Centers of Excellence for Pain Management provide pain management services to adults with chronic pain in an integrated setting. Programs include access to pain management specialist, psychiatrist, therapist, peer support, and alternative treatments such as yoga, massage, chiropractic, or acupuncture. Pain Management services require Prior Authorization.
